I own and operate my business, Wild One Massage LLC. I specialize in therapeutic massage, trauma informed massage, pain management, Tui-na & Integrated Manual Lymphatic Drainage which are both Chinese medical massage. My ideal clientele is someone who wants to go all in and take their healing journey seriously. They want to take the holistic route and find alternative ways such as bodywork to release old stories from their hearts. This client is working towards finding not just physical touch therapy as a release but also emotional support, discovery of breathwork and neuroscience connection to work on healing the mind, body, and soul as a whole. We as humans store emotional discomfort in our bodies ie. tension or in Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM), stagnation in the organs ie. the lung meridians or liver meridian or stagnate Qi. My approach to treating the body is integrative and gentle. Each body tells a story. I allow the client I'm working on, for their energy and body to meet my hands and my intuition guides me to work from their story and what they are allowing me energetically to work on based on their breath patterns. When I speak to the client about their discomforts or the reason they come to me, I also read your body language and the way you walk and stand. Massage Therapy isn't just about working on muscles for an allotted amount of time. It's an energetic experience, a healing journey, a story that's being told. I hold space for the client that is willing to be present with themselves so that they can understand that they are just as much a part of the experience and healing as I am creating space and moving circulation for the body, mind, and spirit within to reconnect as a whole. You're doing the work with being present and breathing. I am accepting new clients that are ready to maintain their healing journey with massage therapy with focus on movement medicine also known as yoga. If you are inappropriate or disrespectful in any explicit way, I have the right to end the session immediately. The card on file will be charged in full for the session regardless of session ending. You will be banned from my business. I will not tolerate sexual harassment in any shape or form, this includes verbal abuse. You will be reported to the local authorities should this occur. BE RESPECTFUL. 🟢Arrival: Arrive 🟢10 minutes🟢 EARLY for your scheduled appointment. If you know you'll be late, text me! I will not be able to create more time for you if you're late for your appointment. You will be charged for the full amount of the service and I work the session for the time remaining. Arriving early ensures enough time for the check-in process, dressing, & getting on the table. It's always my goal to get you on and off my table on time. I am not responsible for extending more time onto your massage if you arrive "on time" or are late for your appointment. If you know you'll be running late, please text or call 📞 717-559-0525 to avoid a no show fee. 🟡Late Charges🟡 Late fees apply if I'm not able to work in your appointment due to the no-call no-show policy. If you do not call AND no show, you will be charged 100% of your service. Any client that shows up 15 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule if i have a client coming after that said appointment OR that late time will be cut out of their appointment time with the cost being paid in full for the scheduled session. No show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. No shows will not be tolerated. I have the right to dismiss you as a client if you frequently do not show. Please communicate. Be considerate of my time and other clients. 🟠Cancellations:🟠 All cancellations must be done by canceling through my website. 100% service charge applies for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours from scheduled visit. If you do not pay your cancellation fee, you will still owe the SERVICE CHARGE BEFORE your next appointment can be scheduled. 🔵Online forms 🔵 ALL CLIENTS MUST complete all online forms before their scheduled visit. This prepares me for our session and saves time for both myself and the client. If forms are not filled out, I cannot treat you! Every client MUST sign their liability form every calendar year. 📣Please read through ALL services and the descriptions as every service is tailored to specific needs. Book the services accordingly. 📣 ⚪ Trauma informed massage ⚪ Trauma-informed massage therapy is a client-centered approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and bodily autonomy to avoid retraumatization. Rather than a specific technique, it is a framework where the therapist emphasizes clear communication, ongoing informed consent, and the client’s control over the session. It helps clients regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their bodies, and manage stress or PTSD symptoms in a supportive environment, often utilizing techniques like grounding and avoiding invasive touch. 🟡Manual lymphatic drainage🟡 MLD is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the natural flow of lymph fluid, reducing swelling and aiding detoxification. It uses light, rhythmic, skin-stretching strokes—never deep pressure—to move fluid from congested areas to functional lymph nodes, often used for lymphedema and post-surgical recovery. Integrated Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD) - MLD is for clients with auto-immune disease, hormone imbalance, swelling, edema, or post surgery. It is a medical grade massage that requires a treatment plan. You must schedule a consultation FIRST to determine the best treatment plan as these sessions recommend being seen every week for 8 weeks and the reevaluation after the completed sessions. A combination of tools used are silicone cups, essential oils, gua sha, acupressure, and lymphatic pumps. 🔴Integrative relief session🔴 - this service is for pain management and maintenance. Tools included with the service are cupping, Himalayan salt stones, marble cold stones, and gua sha. I do not focus on deep tissue massage. I assess the body as a full and integrate depth vs. pressure. It's important that your body responds to the treatment, not resist. Your body tends to guard muscles when the nervous system is working too hard to relax. 🟠Ayurvedic massage 🟠session-a relaxing yet effective massage experience using essential oils with a carrier oil/lotion. Pressure from light to medium. Benefits help relax the client or enliven depending on choice of oil, helps with inflammation and pain. Hemp-infused plant medicine is very beneficial for pain and inflammation. My brand of plant medicine will help you take a nice nap afterwards. So if you'd like a relaxing holistic approach, this is it! Tools included with services---- 🔵Tuina🔵 is a traditional Chinese medicine approach to massage. It's an ancient, proven technique that treats at a deeper level vs. surface level. Tuina targets the whole, affecting the mind, body, and spirit of the client by moving the bio-magnetic life force called Qi or prana. It treats muscular -skeletal issues but also balances emotional with physical issues getting at the cause of stress. It addresses chronic illnesses, organ & tissue dysfunctions, and myofascial pain. This massage is performed without lotion or oil and is done preferably clothed in t-shirt, shorts, or loose pants that can be rolled up to the knee. This is preventative medicine said to help energize the client to add longevity to their life. 🟣Cupping session🟣 - a tool used in massage therapy - plastic & or silicone cups are used and moved on the area of focus, and movement is incorporated with the placement of the cups. This service is beneficial for delivering deep muscle relief and rejuvenation for a holistic wellness experience. 🟢Himalayan Hot stones 🟢session - known for stress and pain relief, this service screams rejuvenation for a holistic experience. 84 trace minerals that when warmed transfer those minerals to your body, gentle exfoliation, the heat from the stones soften and lengthens muscles, increase blood flow & circulation, mood lifting and energetic. ☑️All services ☑️were created for specific needs and to extend my longevity with massage. Be mindful I will not schedule any appointments through the contact button, text messages, or email. You must use my website and should schedule your next appointment after each session to guarantee your next session with me. 💲💲Services/cost💲💲 are subject to change at anytime. The importance of continuing education and giving the client the best experience for pain relief, relaxation, and overall improving their wellness is my ‼️top priority‼️ Using the highest quality of products such as lotion, oil, and essential oils are my ‼️second priority‼️. All products used are vegan and organic! 🟣Notifications🟣 When the appointment is confirmed, the client will receive two additional notifications. A 72-hour and 24-hour notification will be sent via text and/or email before your appointment) This gives the client ample time to decide if they need to reschedule or cancel. Make sure you are adding the appointment notification from my confirmation screen to your calendar when you receive your notification so times aren't confused. The notification will give you this option. 🟪Please make sure you confirm all your appointments when you receive your notifications. 🟪 An appointment with me is self-care . Putting yourself first isn't selfish. If you do not confirm your appointment, this doesn't mean your appointment is cancelled. You must contact me by phone or cancel online. Otherwise, a service charge will be applied if you miss the appointment. 🟢Forms of Payment🟢 When booking your appointment, you will be prompted to enter your credit card info. If you are a first time client or a non-member, you will be charged a 💲50💲 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service. If you cancel your appointment, this deposit is ▶️ FORFEITED◀️. By inputting your card info, the booking site saves your card on file in case of cancellation or no-show policies I have in place. (My no- show & cancellation policy states you will be charged 100% of your booked service.) You will be charged in FULL for services the day of your appointment. I accept cash and cards. No checks. If using a card, you will be charged a 3.5% service fee. Although tips are not expected, they are appreciated. Tips are encouraged as cash or venmo. If you tip on a card, the processing fee still applies. 🔵Scheduling 🔵must be done online. You MUST have a credit card on file to book an appointment. No acceptions. You can pay cash for your session but you must have a card on file per my policy. It is always best to reschedule your appointment after each massage session to guarantee your next appointment. When you schedule your appointment online, it is considered PENDING until I confirm the date. You will be notified with your appointment details after the second notification of your appointment is CONFIRMED by Wild One Massage LLC . ⏩NEW to my business is the BUY NOW PAY LATER option. This is a credit service provided by Klarna, Affirm, & AfterPay. You can only use this service if you are pre-approved by the credit company. However, you will need to pay that amount back to the company, not my business. Think of it like paying me with a credit card. ⏩Am I doing a great job? Please share your feedback? No acceptions. ‼️Allergy information‼️ If you have an allergy, please reach out to me BEFORE your appointment to make sure I have a lotion or oil to accommodate your needs. Or if you do not like certain scents as I will have a diffuser misting. I will not accept outside lotions or oils as they raise a liability concern.
