IMPORTANT!! READ BEFORE BOOKING ANY SERVICES!!!! Hello, I am Sonya Barge. I graduated from the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA.  I am a state board certified LMT. I own and operate my business, Wild One Massage LLC. I specialize in therapeutic massage and Integrated Manual Lymphatic Drainage, focusing on relaxation and pain management. First time clients: Effective immediately!!! New clients will need to pay a $50 deposit for your appointment. This goes toward your service. Should you cancel or no show for your appointment, deposit is forfeited. You must reschedule your appointment to apply the deposit to your service. Be kind and give no less than 24 hours notice by cancelling or preferably rescheduling your appointment. Fees do apply if given less than 24 hours notice. All clients it is very important you understand the respect for my business. If you are inappropriate or disrespectful in any explicit way, I have the right to end the session immediately. The card on file will be charged in full for the session regardless of session ending. You will be banned from my business. I will not tolerate sexual harassment in any shape or form, this includes verbal abuse. You will be reported to the local authorities should this occur. BE RESPECTFUL. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early before your appointment for the check-in process, dressing, & getting on the table is not cut out of your session time. It's always my goal to get you on and off my table on time. I am not responsible for extending more time onto your massage if you arrive "on time" or are late for your appointment. If you know you'll be running late, please text or call 📞 717-559-0525 to avoid a late fee/no show fee. Late Charges: Late fees apply if I'm not able to work in your appointment due to the no-call no-show policy. If you do not call AND no show, you will be charged 60% of your service for a late fee. Any client that shows up 10 minutes late for their appointment will be asked to reschedule if i have a client coming after that said appointment OR that late time will be cut out of their appointment time with the cost being paid in full for the scheduled session. No show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. No shows will not be tolerated. I have the right to dismiss you as a client if you frequently do not show. Please communicate. Be considerate of my time and other clients. Cancellations: All cancellations must be done by canceling through my website. 60% fee applies for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours from scheduled visit. If you do not pay your cancellation fee, you will still owe the fee before your next appointment can be scheduled. Online forms: You will need to complete all online forms before your scheduled visit. This prepares me for our session and saves time for both myself and the client. If forms are not filled out, I cannot treat you! Every client MUST sign their liability form every year. Please read through ALL services and the descriptions as every service is tailored to specific needs. Book the services accordingly. Therapeutic Massage - uses only lotion and is for the client in need of firm pressure or pain management. Gua sha tool used for scrapping can be added at no additional cost. Integrated Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD) - MLD is for clients with auto-immune disease, hormone imbalance, swelling, edema, or post surgery. It is a medical grade massage that requires a treatment plan. You must schedule a consultation FIRST to determine the best treatment plan as these sessions recommend being seen every week for 8 weeks and the reevaluation after the completed sessions. A combination of tools used are silicone cups, essential oils, gua sha, acupressure, and lymphatic pumps. Relief session - if you aren't chronically sick and would like to try acupressure, essential oils, and cold stone therapy, or if you want targeted focus, this service is best for you. Aromatherapy session-a relaxing massage experience using essential oils with a carrier oil. Pressure from light to medium. Benefits help relax the client or enliven depending on choice, help with inflammation and pain. Cupping session - a tool used in massage therapy - plastic & or silicone cups are used and moved on the area of focus, and movement is incorporated with the placement of the cups. This service is beneficial for delivering deep muscle relief and rejuvenation for a holistic wellness experience. Hemp-infused session - the use of hemp is incredible and can be used to help relax the client. Plant medicine is underrated and is very beneficial for pain and inflammation. Himalayan Hot stones session - known for stress and pain relief, this service screams rejuvenation for a holistic experience. 84 trace minerals that when warmed transfer those minerals to your body, gentle exfoliation, the heat from the stones soften and lengthens muscles, increase blood flow & circulation, mood lifting and energetic. All services were created for specific needs and to extend my longevity with massage. My hours are varied each week. My hours consist of Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and Wednesday & Saturdays alternate each week. No walk-ins. All by appointment only. Scheduling can be done online through this website is strongly suggested. You MUST have a credit card on file to book an appointment. No acceptions. It is always best to reschedule your appointment after each massage session to guarantee your next appointment. When you schedule your appointment online, it is considered PENDING until I confirm the date. You will be notified with your appointment details after the second notification of your appointment is CONFIRMED by Wild One Massage LLC . Notifications: When the appointment is confirmed, the client will receive two additional notifications. A 72-hour and 24-hour notification will be sent via text and/or email before your appointment) This gives the client ample time to decide if they need to reschedule or cancel. Make sure you are adding the appointment notification from my confirmation screen to your calendar when you receive your notification so times aren't confused. The screen will give you this option. Please make sure you confirm all your appointments when you receive your notifications. An appointment with me is like an appointment with your doctor's office. If you do not confirm your appointment, this doesn't mean your appointment is cancelled. You must contact me by phone or cancel online. Otherwise, a fee will be charged if you miss the appointment. Forms of Payment: When booking your appointment, you will be prompted to enter your credit card info. This only saves your card on file in case of cancellation or no-show policies I have in place. (My no- show & cancellation policy states you will be charged 60% of your booked service.) You will not be charged in full for services until the day of your appointment. I accept cash and cards. No checks. If using a card, you will be charged a 3.5% extra fee for a service fee. (That's between $1.43 & $5.00, depending on your service and if you decide to leave a tip) Although tips are not expected, they are appreciated. Tips are encouraged as cash or venmo. If you tip on a card, the processing fee still applies. NEW to my business is the BUY NOW PAY LATER option. This is a credit service provided by Klarna, Affirm, & AfterPay. You can only use this service if you are pre-approved by the credit company. However, you will need to pay that amount back to the company, not my business. These are available paid with cash only. Allergy information: If you have an allergy, please reach out to me BEFORE your appointment to make sure I have a lotion or oil to accommodate your needs. Or if you do not like certain scents as I will have a diffuser misting. I will not accept outside lotions or oils as they raise a liability concern.
