This subtle body work is designed to be light and can be done in a bra or t-shirt and shorts or loose pants that can be pulled past the knee. Clothing MUST be loose. An initial consult MUST be done in order to create a treatment plan. Recommended Treatment consists of 2 treatments 1st week, then 7 sessions = to 1 per week. The initial consult is 75 min. This includes history intake and treatment. This treatment is designed for anyone with circulation issues, swelling, chronic illness, chronic pain, post surgery, or hormone irregularities. Treatment includes essential oils, silicone cupping, acupressure points, and lymphatic drainage pumps. This package is designed for the client wanting to explore lymphatic drainage massage weekly.

It includes 1 yoga class at Trippy Roots or a recorded class online. (The class must be taken the week the session is scheduled.)
